Roles and Responsibilities
Perform breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, and machine maintenance on various equipment such as injection molding machines, industrial ovens, paint shop machinery, and utilities.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal plant performance.
Analyze breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 year to 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry or relavent.
ITI, Diploma or B.E.,/ B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
Solid understanding of Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, mechanical engineering , including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Proficiency in computer applications for data analysis and reporting purposes.
