Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: SGD 1,800 per month
Accommodation Allowance: SGD 200 per month
Expected Monthly Income: SGD 2,200 SGD 2,600+
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate
Salary Increment Opportunity: Based on performance
Working Hours (Rotating Shift)
Morning Shift: 7:50 AM – 8:10 PM
Night Shift: 7:50 PM – 8:10 AM
Monthly Rest Days: 8 Days
Leave & Medical Perks
Annual Leave: Starting from 7 days per year
Sick Leave: 14 days after successful completion of probation
Medical Treatment: Provided at the company's designated clinic or hospital as required
Job Requirements
Male candidates only.
Age between 18 and 38 years.
Minimum height of 160 cm.
Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts.
Should not be significantly overweight.
Hands-on experience in Stamping Tool Repair is mandatory.
Experience in mold repair, tool repair, and machine operation is preferred.
Factory or Quality Assurance experience will be an added advantage.
Able to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
