Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily café operations, staff, shifts, and customer service.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products as per SOP.
Lead, train, and monitor barista and service staff.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Handle billing, cash, inventory, stock, and daily reports.
Monitor wastage, sales, and outlet performance.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
Ensure proper maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements2–4 years of café/restaurant/hospitality experience.
Strong barista and coffee-making skills.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Knowledge of POS, inventory, and café operations.
Ability to work in shifts and a rapid-paced setting.
