Main Objective of the Role:To make sure the patients are attended and guided accordingly. Acts as liaison between the consultant and patients / patient attenders.

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and addressing their queries.
To coordinate with admission counter and wards for shifting the patients.
To coordinate with attenders during counseling.
Plan, coordinate and carry out patient care operations.
Address patient requests and needs in a skilled manner.
Respond to patient concerns timely and ensure patient satisfaction.
Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
Greet patients and direct them to examination rooms.
Maintain patient medical records up-to-date, confidential and secure.




Collect and maintain patient health, demographic, insurance and financial information.
Suggest process improvements to enhance patient services.
Ensure that every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program.
Monitor admission and discharge of patients
Provide cash/ credit/ corporate billing and discount information to patients.
To deal with complaints and give accurate information
Arrangement of ambulance for patients & doctors for picking up and dropping
Handling petty cash and documenting the same wherever necessary.
Responsible for taking admissions and maintaining admission registers.
Make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while in the premises.
Briefs patients and other customers about the company and create brand impression.
Answering all incoming calls and addressing their inquiries.
To ensure proper housekeeping arrangements and other facilities on day to day basis.
Any other duty assigned by the HOD from time to time.
