Role & responsibilities To ensure every confirmed customer order moves accurately and promptly from order receipt processing procurement/stock coordination documentation dispatch outstanding/payment follow-up closure, while keeping the customer and concerned departments properly updated.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable written and verbal English communication, especially for international customer communication.
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, filters and data maintenance.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling product names, strengths, quantities, rates and customer orders.
Ability to coordinate effectively with CRM, Purchase, Accounts, Store, QC, Packing and Dispatch teams.
