Role & responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of cold box core shooter machines.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machine & core boxes
Train and guide operators on machine & tooling handling, safety protocols, and process improvements.
Monitor core quality (dimensions, strength, curing) and adjust process parameters as needed.
Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with pattern shop, HPML and quality teams to optimize processes and reduce defects.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Production Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in foundry operations, preferably in cold box core shop
Solid technical knowledge of core-making processes and equipment’s.
Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues.
Leadership skills with experience supervising teams in industrial settings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
