HR Recruiter

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA-HR / PG in HR or related field.

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, real estate and corporate positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain candidate database, interview status and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate joining formalities and follow up with selected candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.




Prepare recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Support onboarding and basic HR documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in hospitality, hotel, real estate or sales recruitment will be an advantage. Should have positive communication skills, robust follow-up ability and the confidence to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
