About the Role:

Eco Town Resort is hiring an energetic General Manager to handle direct bookings, sales & marketing, and complete daily on-ground operations.

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Commission / Incentive: Flat 1% incentive on every direct booking generated
Additional Perks: Free Accommodation & Meals provided at the resort

Key Responsibilities:
Bookings & Sales: Handle inquiries via call/WhatsApp, drive room bookings, corporate retreats, family gatherings, and banquets/events.
Marketing: Drive local travel agent tie-ups, B2B sales outreach, and seasonal promotional offers.
OTA Management: Maintain rates, inventory, and guest communication across MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.
Daily Operations: Oversee front desk, guest check-in/check-out, housekeeping, villa maintenance, and staff coordination.
Guest Experience: Ensure high hospitality standards, handle VIP arrivals, and resolve guest queries promptly.

Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in resort, hotel, or guest house management.
Robust communication and sales closing skills.
Willingness to manage on-ground resort operations actively.
