Attend all emergency and rescue operations including work at height, confined space, fire, water rescue, and disaster situations.
Conduct Rescue Site Assessment (RSA) and prepare Rescue Plans (RP) before critical work.
Ensure no critical work is carried out without an approved rescue plan.
Perform site inspections and issue Rescue Observation Reports (ROR) for non-compliance.
Prepare and follow Plant Rescue Procedures (Height, Confined Space, Fire & Emergency).
Provide standby rescue support during critical activities.
Conduct mock drills and participate in training programs.
Maintain records of inspections, equipment, training, and rescue activities.
Submit weekly/monthly reports and ensure site KPI compliance.
Remain available for emergency response during duty hours, holidays, or odd hours as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
