Role & responsibilities

Team Management
Manage and supervise a team of QA Analysts and production staff.
Monitor daily productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.

Quality & Operations Oversight
Ensure high-quality standards in payment posting and QA processes.
Review audit results and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Manage workload distribution and resource planning.

Exception & Escalation Management
Handle escalations and critical issues from team members.
Ensure timely resolution of exception queues.
Coordinate with SMEs and managers for complex cases.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and share performance reports (quality, productivity, errors).
Participate in client calls and internal reviews.




Ensure adherence to client requirements and SLAs.

Process Improvement
Identify improvement prospects in workflows.
Drive team-level initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
34 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role.
Robust understanding of Payment Posting and QA processes.
