Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of telecallers/telesales executives.
Assign daily calling targets and monitor team performance.
Make sure the team achieves daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Monitor call quality, follow-ups, lead conversion and customer handling.
Train and guide new and existing telecallers on calling techniques.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing leads.
Maintain daily MIS/reports and share performance updates with management.
Motivate the team and improve productivity and conversion rates.
Track individual team members' performance and take corrective action when required.
Ensure proper follow-up of all leads and maintain CRM/data records.
Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales,



preferably with Team Leader experience.
Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and basic computer operations.
Must have experience handling a team and achieving sales/calling targets.
Should be target-oriented, confident and responsible.
Candidates who can easily commute to S.R. Nagar or Kukatpally are preferred.
Salary & Benefits₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
