Deliver theory and practical training as per the approved curriculum and Qualification Pack (QP).
Train candidates in basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, welding and general maintenance skills, as applicable to the assigned course.
Demonstrate secure and correct use of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments and equipment.
Conduct practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises and workplace simulations.
Explain preventive maintenance, fault identification, troubleshooting and repair procedures.
Ensure effective classroom management and active participation of trainees.
Conduct regular assessments, practical tests and mock assessments.
Maintain daily attendance, session plans, training records and assessment documentation.
Monitor trainee performance and provide individual guidance wherever required.
Ensure compliance with training-centre SOPs, safety standards and project guidelines.
Maintain training equipment,



tools and workshop/lab facilities in coordination with the Training Centre.
Support mobilization, counselling, placement activities and post-training follow-up, when required.
Coordinate with the Centre Head, Project Manager and assessment agencies for smooth implementation of the training programme.
Ensure all training activities and documentation are completed within the prescribed timelines.
