Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, supporting the smooth operation of warehouse activities for PhonoRange’s retail network. The role involves receiving, checking, and unpacking incoming stock, accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders to showrooms and customers.

The Warehouse

Assistant will update inventory records, assist with stock counts,



and help maintain organized storage areas and safe handling of mobile devices, accessories, and gadgets. This position also supports basic equipment operation, ensures cleanliness and order within the warehouse, and may assist store teams with stock-related queries and occasional customer-facing tasks.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in packing and safe handling of mobile devices, accessories, and gadgets.
Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management for accurate stock tracking and documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in basic warehouse equipment handling, adhering to safety guidelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service for courteous interaction with internal teams and occasional direct customer support.
Attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and comfort using inventory or ERP systems.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods, and follow safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
