Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals regarding available courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Understand students’ career goals, educational backgrounds, and interests to recommend suitable courses.
Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into course enrollments.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batch schedules, certification, and placement support.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
Handle student and parent queries professionally and resolve their concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Conduct career guidance sessions and assist students in making informed career decisions.




Coordinate with the academic and placement teams regarding student requirements and updates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Participate in seminars, workshops, promotional activities, and educational events when required.
Build positive relationships with students and ensure a good admission experience.
Required Skills1–4 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Student Counseling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive presentation and counseling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
