We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Assistant to manage day-to-day store activities in a personal care products store. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and checking stock, maintaining inventory records, preparing invoices, updating stock in Tally ERP, and ensuring proper storage and movement of products.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming personal care products and verify quantity, quality, batch number, expiry date, and packing condition.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Enter purchase and sales-related stock transactions in Tally ERP.
Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, purchase entries, and other store-related documents.
Maintain proper stock records and ensure that physical stock matches Tally records.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Store Manager about low-stock items.
Check product expiry dates and maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices.




Arrange products systematically based on category, brand, batch, and expiry.
Handle stock inward and outward activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, sales staff, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
Maintain records of damaged, expired, returned, and shortage/excess stock.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and products are stored safely.
Support daily sales and dispatch operations.
Prepare basic stock reports using Tally and MS Excel.
Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and store management.

Preferred Candidate: The ideal candidate should be responsible, trustworthy, physically active, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling inventory and Tally ERP entries. Experience with personal care, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail products will be preferred.
