About The Role An experienced and skilled manager with knowledge of liquor industry will spearhead the Warehouse facility of the organization. He/she will assist with the management of custom and corporate compliance across the entire Facility, ensuring that all processes are correctly adhered to deliver the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for the entire warehouse facility including the 5s, inward and outward, Inventory, and customer service.

The warehouse manager is responsible for the end-to-end operations of the warehouse
Ensure compliance with customs related requirements, rules, and procedures
Coordinate with Customs, Excise and FSSAI for timely clearance and documentation
Manage supervisors, manpower and MHE operators to ensure warehouse operations are seamless
Manage labelling process with utmost attention to detail
Manage smooth unloading of material, put away, GRN creation and logging in the system
Ensuring material unloaded is in valuable condition
Ensuring stocks are reconciled monthly
Creating and implementing SOPs for all activities within the warehouse
Share regular MIS reports with the customer
Manage timely dispatch of material through productive loading onto the vehicle
Coordinate with customs officials to manage bonding and ex-bonding of goods
Requirements
Education: Graduate/post-graduate preferably in the field of Management studies or supply chain
Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics for Liquor cargo
Competencies: Liquor handling experience is required, robust knowledge on managing warehouse operations, good communication skills
Advanced skills: Knowledge of MS Office and WMS
Someone with their own car / bike is preferred
Language – Telugu and English compulsory.
