Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor sand plant equipment including mixers, conveyors, and screening systems.
Conduct routine inspections and perform minor maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Test and monitor sand properties (moisture, grain size, clay content) to meet production standards.
Record production data, maintenance logs, and quality control results.
Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures.
Collaborate with HPML supervisors and team members to optimize plant efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
ITI Fitter or Electrician /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
35 years of experience in green sand plant operation and maintenance.
Sand plant SCADA/PLC operation and monitoring.
Familiar with production logging software or ERP/ SAP scanner systems.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
