Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Kochi( Perumbavoor )

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Handle and allocate manpower effectively to maintain smooth operations and achieve maximum productivity.
Maintain accuracy in receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials.
Monitor proper put-away, picking, and storage of materials in their designated locations.
Implement FIFO procedures and maintain warehouse standards.
Oversee loading and unloading activities while promoting protected material handling practices.
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts and support month-end physical inventory verification.
Identify and report shortages, damages, surplus materials, and stock mismatches to the DC Incharge.
Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams to support smooth warehouse operations and timely dispatch.
Maintain proper housekeeping, implement 6S practices, and promote a protected and organized warehouse workplace.




Monitor the proper usage and daily condition of MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
Guide and support warehouse staff and labour to maintain discipline, safety, and productivity.
Follow customer SOPs and company procedures in all warehouse activities.
Support additional operational activities and take responsibility for other roles when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the DC Incharge or Warehouse Manager from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile Graduation / Diploma (Any discipline).

1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Prior experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
