About the Role

We looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse packing and dispatch operations. The person will supervise the warehouse team and ensure that products are packed correctly, labelled accurately and prepared for shipment on time.

Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the daily warehouse and packing team.
Assign packing work and monitor completion of daily tasks.
Ensure products are packed correctly and on time.
Check that the correct product and shipping labels are applied.
Verify product, SKU and quantity before dispatch.
Monitor pending orders and packing work.
Ensure shipments are prepared before dispatch deadlines.
Help prevent shipment delays caused by incomplete or late packing.
Check packaging quality before products are dispatched.
Coordinate with stock and packing staff for smooth warehouse operations.




Maintain an organised and disciplined warehouse working environment.
Report packing, labelling or dispatch issues to management.
Monitor the daily performance of warehouse staff.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse, packing, dispatch or team-supervision experience preferred.
Experience handling a warehouse or packing team.
Positive understanding of product packing and labelling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to complete work within daily deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
