Technical Skill –
Calibration & Trouble shooting of instruments like Pressure Transmitter / Level Transmitter ( DP / Radar / Ultrasonic type etc )/ Temperature Transmitter ( PT -100 / PT -1000 / Thermocouple – J, K type) / Mass Flow meter using HART Communicator.
Calibration & Troubleshooting of Gas Analyzer
Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and equipment history
Able to do loop checking – Hot & Cold type.
Troubleshooting of PLC , DCS and SCADA systems.
Troubleshooting and calibration of different type of valves.
Calibration & Troubleshooting of Load Cells.
Troubleshooting of Filling Machine.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Robust focus on safety and compliance.
Computer proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS)- Added advantage
