Job Description:
Handle walk-in and generated leads and convert them into customers.
Explain Kolors Healthcare’s weight-loss, skin and hair care services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/packages.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to achieve conversions.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries and provide proper service information.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the clinic/operations team for smooth customer experience.




Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Candidate Requirements:
Any Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales, B2C sales, counselling, healthcare, wellness, beauty or similar fields.
Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also be considered.
Positive Kannada and English communication is preferred.
Solid convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Candidates from healthcare, wellness, slimming, skin/hair clinics, retail or direct sales backgrounds are preferred.
