Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a friendly, confident, well-organized and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and assist students, parents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet students, parents and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about courses and services.
Attend to student and parent enquiries at the reception.
Coordinate with counsellors, teachers and other team members.
Maintain visitor and enquiry records.
Handle basic administrative and front-desk activities.
Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
Assist with student registration and admission-related documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Communicate important information to students and parents when required.

Requirements




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Punctual, responsible and presentable.
Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Office Assistant will be preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and overall suitability for the role.
