We are looking for an exceptional content professional to lead the growth of a high-potential Instagram account of a prominent Social Worker and Politician based in Gurgaon.

This is NOT a conventional Social Media Manager role.

We are looking for someone who understands why certain Instagram Reels get 100K, 1M, 5M or 10M+ views — and, more importantly, understands how content converts attention into followers.

The objective is to build one of India‘s most powerful public-interest/personal-brand Instagram accounts over the next 12 months.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop a high-growth Instagram content strategy
Identify repeatable viral content formats
Study India‘s fastest-growing Instagram accounts and understand WHY their content works
Identify stories, situations and moments that can become high-performing Reels
Develop recurring content franchises
Convert everyday real-world situations into compelling short-form stories
Develop solid hooks for the first 1–3 seconds of Reels
Work closely with Creative Directors, field producers, cameramen and editors
Decide which ideas deserve field coverage
Turn one field situation into multiple content prospects
Analyse Reel performance and identify patterns
Track views, retention, shares, saves, profile visits and follower conversion
Identify which
