Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in high-end residential architecture or luxury villa design.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or villa projects is required.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max).

Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and design principles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
