The Workday Integration Developer translates business requirements into functioning integrations across corporate systems. This role operates with autonomy on standard configurations while collaborating with senior architects on high-complexity system deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Development: Build and deploy inbound and outbound connections using Core Connectors, Document Transformations (DT), and custom Workday Studio workflows.
Data Transformation: Write complex custom XSLT and XPath transformations to accurately map data between Workday and external systems.
Advanced Reporting: Create customized Calculated Fields and Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS) to expose data securely to APIs.
Maintenance & Triage: Identify, debug, and patch integration failures across SOAP and REST web services during production support phases.




Security Compliance: Set up appropriate Integration System Users (ISU) and Integration System Security Groups (ISSG) following strict least-privilege protocols.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated enterprise integration experience, with at least 2 years focused strictly within a Workday setting.
Technical Skills: Moderate to high proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Studio.
Core Modules: Practical exposure to data models in Workday HCM.
Certifications: Workday Pro Integration or Workday Studio certification is highly preferred but not always mandatory.
