Role Summary

Manage and support VMware Workspace ONE UEM for BP's enterprise mobility workplace, ensuring secure device management, application deployment, compliance, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain VMware Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access. Manage device lifecycle for Windows, mac OS, i OS/i Pad OS, and Android devices (Corporate & BYOD). Configure profiles, compliance policies, device restrictions, certificates, and SSO settings. Deploy and manage enterprise applications across desktop and mobile platforms. Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment issues.

Integrate

Workspace ONE with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and PKI infrastructure. Support OS upgrades, patch management,



and security policy implementation. Create SOPs, KB articles, and operational documentation. Work closely with stakeholders, service delivery teams, and support groups. Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
