Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective product placement and visibility across assigned retail outlets.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
Implement merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional displays.
Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Ensure proper shelf share, product facing, and brand visibility.
Conduct regular store visits and submit merchandising reports.
Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Monitor product expiry dates and maintain product freshness.
Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to improve product availability.




Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in merchandising, FMCG, food products, or retail operations.
Strong knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
Valuable communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Malayalam communication is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
