Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to generate recent business opportunities, build customer relationships, and contribute to branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate current leads and business opportunities.

Identify and approach potential customers.

Explain company products/services to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

Conduct field visits and customer meetings when required.





Follow up with leads and convert them into business.

Maintain daily activity and sales reports.

Coordinate with the branch/operations team for smooth customer service.

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile applications.

Good negotiation and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
