Job ResponsibilitiesCall prospective students and explain available courses, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
Handle student queries professionally and provide accurate information about institute programs.
Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert interested leads into successful admissions/enrolments.
Maintain and update daily lead and follow-up records.
Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.




Coordinate with the admission team for document collection and enrolment formalities.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.
Submit daily calling and follow-up reports to the Team Leader.
Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
Positive command of Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or education is an advantage.
