Contact customers regarding pending/overdue loan payments.

Visit customers at their registered/residential/business locations when required.

Follow up regularly for payment commitments and collections.

Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment status.

Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.

Submit daily collection and field activity reports.

Follow all company policies, banking guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with the reporting manager and concerned department for collection-related issues.

Eligibility Criteria

DRA Certified candidates preferred/required.

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate, as per role requirement.





Candidates with experience in banking collection/recovery will be preferred.

Fresher candidates with relevant certification may also be considered.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work in the field.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting applications.

Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence, if required for the assigned location.
