Key Responsibilities
Monitor a predefined list of procurement websites for new pharmaceutical tenders.
Identify pharmaceutical tenders and distinguish them from non-pharmaceutical tenders.
Review tender documents (PDFs, Word, and Excel files) and extract required information.
Validate extracted data for completeness and accuracy.
Perform online research when required.
Use Excel and AI tools to support effective data extraction.
Follow extraction guidelines and escalate uncertain cases when needed.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree required; STEM, Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to quickly review documents and identify relevant information.
Comfortable working with long, complex and repetitive tasks.




Good working knowledge of Excel (filters, sorting, tables, and basic formulas).
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and support document review.
Good written English.
Experience with procurement, pharmaceutical products, document review, data extraction, or a similar role is an advantage.
Valuable judgment and ability to work independently.
