Role Overview:

The main responsibility is to manage day-to-day store operations and provide a smooth, friendly, and productive guest experience. The role involves a combination of food preparation, customer service, billing, cleanliness, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare basic food items such as waffles and garnishes according to standard recipes.
Take customer orders accurately and explain menu items, prices, and available options.
Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards provided by the Store Manager.
Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
Handle phone orders and provide courteous customer service.
Prepare and organize ingredients required for daily operations.




Maintain adequate stock and inventory of food ingredients and other store supplies.
Check inventory levels and inform the Store Manager about shortages or replenishment requirements.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen and store setting.
Clean the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, service skills, and understanding of brand promotions.
Support the Store Manager and team in ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
