The Transport & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily transportation and logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of goods, proper documentation, vehicle coordination, and smooth communication with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal departments.
Arrange and coordinate vehicles with drivers and transporters.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain transport, delivery, and logistics records.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, and other departments.
Verify transport documents, bills, and delivery challans.
Resolve transportation-related issues and follow up with drivers/transporters.
Prepare basic logistics reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
