MoonAir Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd., an air cooler manufacturing company in Ghaziabad, is looking for an HR Executive to manage day to day HR work for the plant and office.

Key responsibilities:
End to end recruitment: sourcing on job portals, screening calls, scheduling interviews and follow ups
Joining formalities, documentation, offer and appointment letters, and employee file maintenance
Daily attendance, leave records, shift and overtime data, and monthly payroll inputs to accounts
Onboarding and induction of current workers and staff, and exit formalities with full and final settlement
Statutory compliance support: PF, ESIC, labour records and registers
Employee engagement, grievance handling and discipline as per company policy
Coordination with production and store teams for manpower planning during season
HR MIS:



headcount, attrition and hiring reports for management

Who can apply:
Graduate in any stream. MBA or PG Diploma in HR preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup
Working knowledge of MS Excel, job portals and HR record keeping
Positive communication in Hindi and basic English
Full time, day shift, work from our Ghaziabad office and plant

Fixed salary Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month
