Delivery AgentAbout the RoleFamto is looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-friendly Delivery Agents to join our delivery team. The role involves picking up orders from restaurants, stores, and other partner businesses and delivering them safely and on time to customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick up customer orders from restaurants, shops, and partner businesses.
Deliver food, groceries, medicines, bakery items, and other products safely and promptly.
Follow GPS navigation and optimized delivery routes.
Verify orders before pickup and delivery.
Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers and merchants.
Handle cash or digital payment collections when required.
Update order status accurately through the Famto Delivery Partner App.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
Follow all traffic rules and safety procedures.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the support team.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.




RequirementsValid two-wheeler and driving licence.
Smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
Knowledge of local roads and locations.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
