We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives / Customer Service Representatives for our International BPO – US Process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle international customers through voice calls.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Pitch products/services and convert calls into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper call quality and follow process guidelines.
Handle customer information and process details accurately.
Eligibility:
HSC Pass candidates can apply; Graduation is not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
Candidates with 8+ months of International BPO experience are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and sales/pitching skills.
Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days
