SREE CRAFT Interiors, Bengaluru is looking for an experienced Interior FitOut Site Supervisor for our Corporate/Commercial Office Interior projects.

Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works at site.
Coordinate carpenters, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, glass and other subcontractor teams.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions from the Project Engineer.
Monitor labour attendance, productivity, quality and daily progress.
Coordinate material requirements and avoid material shortages at site.
Check workmanship and reduce rework and material wastage.
Maintain site cleanliness and basic safety discipline.
Send daily site progress updates, photos and manpower details.




Support snag rectification and project handover.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of interior fit-out/site supervision experience preferred. Corporate/commercial office interior experience will be given preference. Diploma/degree is not mandatory; robust practical site experience is more significant. Candidates should be willing to work at different project sites across Bengaluru.

Candidates with only road/infrastructure or general building construction experience and no interior fit-out exposure are not preferred.
