Job Role:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team handling the IndiaMART process. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting verified B2B seller leads generated via the IndiaMART platform, understanding business requirements, pitching paid membership packages, and closing subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities
Make Outbound Calls: Dial 80–100+ business owners daily using the company-provided database.
Pitch Paid Subscriptions: Explain how an IndiaMART paid membership helps them get more customer inquiries and grow their business.
Close Deals: Handle basic questions about pricing, convince interested clients, and close the sale on the call.
Payment Assistance:



Guide clients to complete their subscription payment online via link, UPI, or net banking.
Follow-Ups: Call back interested prospects who requested time to decide.
Log Daily Activity: Mark call dispositions (Interested, Not Interested, Closed, Follow-up) in the portal or calling sheet.
Meet Targets: Achieve daily talk-time requirements and monthly subscription sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum Graduation Required.
Confident speaking skills in Hindi & English.
Freshers or candidates with 6+ months experience in BPO / outbound sales.
