Business Development Executive (Fundraising Campaigns)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives for fundraising campaigns. In this role, you will represent the NGO in public places, raise awareness about social causes, and inspire people to support our mission through donations. You will interact with potential donors, build relationships, and help raise funds for impactful projects while developing strong communication and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent the organization as a frontline campaigner for fundraising initiatives

• Interact with the public and create awareness about NGO campaigns and social causes

• Identify and acquire new donors to support ongoing projects

• Build and maintain relationships with existing donors

• Travel to different campaign locations and nearby cities for fundraising activities when required





• Identify recent opportunities for fundraising and donor engagement

• Provide clear and honest information about how donations are used

• Work closely with the team leader and report fundraising performance regularly

• Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets

• Help promote a culture of giving and social responsibility

CTC:

₹2.4 LPA + Performance-based Incentives
