Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Outbound Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products or services, answering customer queries, generating leads, and achieving assigned calling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products, services, offers, and other relevant information.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.

Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.





Provide regular updates to the team regarding call outcomes.

Requirements:

location - only from bahadurgarh

Education: 12th Pass

English: No English required

Experience: Freshers can apply

Basic telecalling and customer service skills.

Valuable communication skills in the local language.

Confident and polite approach while speaking with customers.

Willingness to work towards targets.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,500 per month

Fixed: ₹10,000 - ₹10,500

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000
