Lead and manage the R&D; team for footwear adhesive product development. Develop and optimize footwear adhesive formulations as per market and customer requirements. Conduct research on raw materials, polymers, resins, solvents and additives.

Required Candidate profile

Develop current adhesive products and improve existing formulations for bond strength, drying time, heat resistance, flexibility and durability.
