Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Read and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Check quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site supervisors.
Prepare and check quantities, measurements, BOQ, BBS, and material requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements.
Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
