Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and energetic Male Healthcare Executive to support our healthcare operations and coordinate with patients, attendants, caregivers, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with patients and their family members regarding healthcare services.
Visit patients when required and monitor service quality.
Coordinate with caregivers/caretakers and ensure proper duty attendance.
Handle patient and caregiver queries professionally.
Maintain daily reports, attendance, and service records.
Coordinate caregiver replacements and duty schedules.
Follow up with patients and families to ensure satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with the office team and provide updates.
Handle basic administrative and field coordination activities.
Ensure company policies and healthcare service procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience in healthcare, hospital, home-care, field operations, or customer service is preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
Should be willing to travel/visit patients when required.
Must have good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Should be responsible, punctual, and skilled.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
