We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Travel Operations Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Handling domestic and international flight ticket bookings.

Coordinating hotel reservations and accommodation bookings.

Assisting in preparing and managing domestic and international tour packages.

Coordinating with customers regarding their travel requirements.

Communicating and negotiating with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers.

Providing timely updates and travel information to customers.

Managing booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, and other travel-related documents.

Handling customer queries and providing suitable travel solutions.

Ensuring smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Following up on payments, booking status, and service confirmations.

Maintaining accurate records of bookings and customer details.
