We are hiring Collection Telecallers to contact customers with overdue accounts, remind them about pending payments, negotiate suitable payment plans, and ensure timely repayments while maintaining professional records.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding overdue and pending payments.

Follow up regularly and encourage customers to clear outstanding dues.

Negotiate payment plans based on customer requirements and company policies.

Achieve daily/monthly collection and recovery targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Coordinate with the relevant teams regarding payment status and follow-ups.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
