We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook / Chef to prepare fresh, hygienic, and tasty food for customers. The candidate should have experience preparing Continental, Chinese, and Fast Food dishes and should be able to maintain good food quality and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Continental, Chinese, and Rapid Food dishes.
Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality.
Prepare ingredients and ensure proper food storage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Manage food preparation according to customer orders.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes.
Maintain proper use and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
Minimize food wastage and maintain stock levels.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
English: Basic English
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Knowledge of Continental, Chinese, and Fast Food cuisine.
Good cooking and food preparation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
