Experience in corrugated box/board manufacturing plant preferred.
Maintenance of corrugation machine and board-making equipment.
Knowledge of 5-ply / 7-ply corrugator machines.
Experience with flexo printer, slotter, folder-gluer and die-cutting machines.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshooting of motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors and conveyors.
Knowledge of PLC, sensors, VFDs and control panels is an advantage.
Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists and breakdown records.
Coordinate with Production to minimize machine downtime.
Manage spares, tools and maintenance inventory.
Ensure machine safety and preventive maintenance compliance.
Ability to handle shift work and emergency breakdowns.
Experience in manufacturing/plant maintenance is essential.
