Follow up with customers whenever required.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Maintain positive customer service standards.

Good written communication skills in English.




Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Should be confident, polite and professional while communicating with customers.
Telugu/Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
