Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Female Team Leader – Basic Sales who can effectively manage and coordinate a team of minimum 10 members. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day telesales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of 10+ sales executives.
Manage daily telesales and basic sales activities.
Guide and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.




Monitor individual and team performance.
Ensure regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
Support team members in lead conversion and sales closure.
Maintain proper coordination and smooth workflow within the team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate with 1+ year of experience in sales/team handling.
Experience in telesales or basic sales preferred.
Robust team coordination and leadership skills.
Confident and target-oriented.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ people.
