Job Responsibilities:

Install, service, repair, and maintain RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purification systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to RO systems, water purifiers, filters, pumps, and other components.

Replace filters, membranes, and damaged parts as required.

Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of RO systems.

Check water quality and ensure proper functioning of the system.

Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

Maintain service records and update completed work details.

Explain basic product usage and maintenance to customers.

Requirements:

Experience as an RO Technician / Water Purifier Technician preferred.

Knowledge of RO, UV, UF, and water purification systems.

Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work.

Valuable troubleshooting and technical skills.

Ability to handle field visits and customer queries.

ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
